In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you ordered, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you received it in, in its original packaging for a credit note within 15 days of the shipping date. Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by any jeweller other than Aiyaana cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Please take note of our sizing chart before placing your order as we do not accept returns on incorrect sizes.
Please note we have a strict No refund policy and will offer the customer a credit note and code that can be then redeemed on the next order. Once the merchandise is received at our facility we will email you a confirmation. The product will be reviewed by our quality assurance specialist and you will receive an email with our comments as to if your order is eligible for a refund credit note. If your order is eligible, a credit code will be sent to you via email, which will need to be inserted upon checking out on your future orders with us.
Please note that Aiyaana reserves the right to assess its products for any manufacturing defects and may not agree to a refund at times.
All charges for returns (local or international) will be borne by the customer including return shipping, duties, taxes and other fees.
You will receive an email notification from Aiyaana when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed.
Custom made personalized pieces including monograms are handmade to order and are non refundable or exchangeable. Items purchased on sale are non refundable or exchangeable.
